The Daily Timesheet lets you log your worksite hours at the end of each day, simplifying payroll reporting at the end of the week—no more last-minute scrambles!
1. Enter the hours and minutes worked for each employee, recording 0 if they did not work at all.
a. The same procedure applies to piecework employees. Rather than tracking time, employers must document the total number of pieces completed throughout the day.
b. Tap the adjustments button to add any earnings or deductions, then click save.
c. Salaried employees will be displayed daily, and their salaries cannot be changed. To exclude an employee's pay, you must wait until the timesheet is submitted at the end of the pay period and ensure the exclusion is made before payroll submission.
2. Tap the continue button. This step will allow you to review and ensure everything is correct before submitting.
3. Tap the submit button once everything is reviewed.
