The ‘settings’ tab allows you to edit company information, change your password, find our contact information, and more.
1. In 'Company Profile', you can edit the company's phone number and email.
Select ‘update changes’ once done.
2. If you have multiple companies associated with the carrier, you can switch the company under ‘switch company’
3. User settings allow you to edit your name and email and delete your account.
Note: Deleting the account does not mean the program will be deleted
4. Under 'History', you can find the history of all the submitted forms.
Please select the form type
Once selected, you will be able to see the history of the requests for that form.

6. Change/Update Password
If you want to change or update your password, please enter your current password and your new password, then click 'Save' when you are done.
